Here you find a list of books which we used as part of our active children's story-times. As we have members of staff who could translate the stories into Persian, Arabic and English we alternated the use of languages so that the children were able to understand in whichever language they felt comfortable. We also used props for the stories such as puppets, scarves, and costumes. We were working with such large groups of children we included a microphone and speaker so that we could be heard clearly. At the end of each storytime we encourage the children to do an art activity related to the story and then decorated the room with their artwork.
